Deceptive ripoff company continues to scam

I am tired of this company jerking me around!!! I had a Capital One credit card that I paid off in full on June. A month later I recieved another bill. I called the company, they told me I didn't get the payment in on time, before the pament was due. I told them that I had paid it in full and wanted to CLOSE my account with them. They said ok pay this last amount. That day I sent another check for the amount the representitive told me.

A month later I recieved another bill for another amount. I called again and the same thing happened I didn't get the payment there in time. I was to pay that bill and they would CLOSE my account. I did send another payment.

Again a month later the same thing. I called again but this time I refused to pay again. For several months after I close my account I continue to get these bills. I recieved another 9 months after closing the account I recieved yet another bill.

I called again and spoke to someone who said they would take care of it. Giving me a zero balance and closing my account. MY girfriend has even talked to these people on many occassions to make sure I was hearing things right.

In the begining of March I recieved a letter, well what I thought was a letter was a BILL. I want this to stop!!! I will not sit around and let them walk all over me!!! How many other people has this happened to?
