They claim to have limited time offer bundled packages to choose from. Each costing $33/mo. Plus taxes & fees. I signed up for internet & cable services. Every month I pay $60.58. However, I just found out by making a phone call to them that for "no reason whatsoever my bill every month will now be $78.51 eventhough I have never made any late payments." The woman on the phone said that letters had been sent out letting all of their customers know that the rates were being raised "a little". Eighteen freakin' dollars per month more is no small raise!
With foreclosures galore throughout SW Florida, who the hell do they think they're kidding.
Plus, if I only pay for internet only, it will cost me $42.95/mo taxes & fees.
