Cancelled several services with Comcast last month. Paid for services I had been using up until the end of the month, then returned the modem and cable box at the end of the month. This month I not only get billed for the services I had cancelled last month but they charged me double for internet for the month of August and my usual advanced charges for September! Have spoken with several reps without success. They try to tell me that though I paid the end of July for the services I had used, and cancelled cable and the rental fee for the modem the end of the month also. That instead of my bill going down to about $130 for the past month's internet usage and the next month's internet usage... That I need to pay $214!!!
