USIS formally What We As Truck Drivers Need To Do In Order For Change To Happen

Regarding USIS/DAC,

This what we all as Truck Drivers need to do in order to make a positive change in the way that USIS/DAC places fictitious reports on drivers. That comes from the Trucking Companies themselfs for their own intentional, deliberate and self serving manor, and yet is very harmful and misleading to the next place you might try too acquire employment from.

As a way to get back at a driver for refusing to run illegal or the driver leaves the company for whatever the reason. Or you might have broken a door hinge on the trailer. So this is what we all need to do!

Write a letter to your State Senator and tell him/her that you wish to personally speak with them Regarding UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICES! By what ever company, and give them a basic description of your complaint. Let them know exactly what a DAC report is and how it work's.

By letting them know that this is a personal work history for ONLY Trucker's! But setup like a credit report but again only for the Trucker's no one else! Friends this is the only way that we as fellow drivers will be able to make a difference in the way trucking companies should be able to report to USIS formally known as DAC, Tulsa OK. If it isn't a DOT reportable accident / incident it don't belong on your report period! The only other thing they should have is if you were a satisfactory employee or not. How much you made, weather or not you ever failed a drug test.

Lets say you worked in a job shop and ran a CNC / Mill and you broke a $200.00 cutter you don't see that in your work history, employee broke 7 carbide cutters in a two year period. I assure you that it wouldn't even be mentioned by that employer. But if you're a trucker you are at the mercy of that company for anything they can dream up!
