This is real simple. They should not be in business. They not only want there drivers to run hard they expect it even if its not legal. I have proof i went to work for them in sept-08 on my 2nd load i was to pickup at1300 in the afternoon and deliver the next morning over 900 miles away at 0700 17hrs with time change. Well i drove 616 miles and took my break when i got up there was a wrecker driver at my door he said he was told to pickup the truck. I let him have it and then i let USA truck have it. I will not run 2 log books for any company. Once again this was put on my DAC as an abandoment and USIS would not take this off. So i guess i am going to sue 2 trucking companies and USIS they have all ruined my life.
