Guilty until proven innocent by USIS on my background check

I am pulling my hair out in frustration because of USIS. The entire report is not even my background, none of it. And these companies believe them without question. "Your a cocaine dealer we don't hire those". I had to have a check done through homeland security for hazmat and passed, but because USIS says I have charges, I do. Over Two months without a job trying to fix this. The people At USIS could care less. They are rude and of no help. I asked one USIS rep, " does this happen often? She said "all the time". Something needs to be done. Lawyers can't do anything. Because of there incompetence I am guilty until proven innocent.
