Ripoff the merchants as well DENVER

Amex has been funding my credit card tranactions to someone elses bank account and has been for quite some time.in the tune of $75, ooo. Oo they told me they are only responsible for 90 days. This has been going on since 2005. Can't reconciliate bank acct because they take their money out first. Rude people dishonest people but then again look who they work for. I need another merchant that this has happened to then we can go public and destroy the image they have. Please help
