In march called service dept in beaumont, tx for 52in tv to be repaired sears could not repair they notified conns in beaumont, every week twice a week for 4 months tried to get tv repaired paid almost $500 for warrenty which expires in aug no one has yet been to my house to repair and no one will let me speak to ceo.
