We were tricked into their services by verifying our information to someone claiming to be from Qwest

We were called by someone who said they were with Qwest and asked to verify our information. Without knowing it was a different company and has charged us $30.00 a month on top of any long distance charges. We were paying $0.05 a minute and were happy. We were tricked by tricky wording using Qwests name and asked to verify information and never asked to switch or told any rates.
