Unauthorized long distance bill of 14.37 for last three months

My husband and I were reviewing our Qwest phone bill and discovered a charge of $14.37 we inquired what was this USBI charge for? Qwest informed us it was our long distance carrier. We have never authorized any long distance company to give us service. Weve been charged the same amount for the last three months. Nov, Dec and Jan.

We use our cell ph or a calling card for making long distance calls. Qwest told us to call to call the number on our bill which I did for 5hrs. 888.481.8724. When I did reach some one, they were a third party billing company and connected me to another company which was not USBI.

Ive gone on USBI website, www.billview.com/usbi, there is very little information. No phone number
There is no way to reach USBI.

This is a total Rip Off and everyone should be aware of whats going on. Im wondering if the phone company is part of this.
