I purchased Diet ZX at the end of August. It took three months to arrive. I tried the product and found I did not loose any weight.
I returned the product to them as they said if you were not happy they would give you a refund. The product was returned to me unopened with the words Refused. I tried to get through on their customer service number which is impossible. I must have tried at least 100 times. I then e. Mailed them three times to which they did not answer.
I then tried to return the product to them a second time and it was again returned to me with the words Refused. I then wrote them a letter to which I also did not receive a reply.
The cost of the product was $55.60 and I spent a further $10.10 in returning the product twice. I do not know what to do in order to get my money refunded.
