Pennsylvania Gameroom Warehouse DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I purchased a pinball machine from this ripoff company. They told me in an email that that "the cosmetics are exceptionally nice, e.G. No dings, etc." I paid top dollar for this item based on their claims of the fantastic conditon.

When the unit arrived, it was in fairly bad shape. There was a lot of wear on the playfield and the entire unit. Joe, who by the way is a very nasty person, did agree to accept the machine back. He said he would arrange to have the shipping pre-approved. However, when I called the shipping company, they had no knowledge of PA Gameroom approving the shipping. Somehow, I was able to convice the company to ship the unit back.

I called Joe about one week later and asked him how long it would take to get my credit card credited. He would not give me a direct answer and said he was a busy person and would get to it when He could. I then explained to Joe that the glass was broken when I recieved the pinball machine. He insinuated that I intentially broke the glass and was going to deduct it from my refund. During this conversation Joe was swearing at the top of his lungs and eventually hung up on me.

Besides grossly misrepresenting the condition of this product, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never consider buying a product from this company and I urge the public to not buy from them also.
