This place claims to refurbish Pinball Machines, Nice Try

I bought a "Refurbished" Pinall Machine from this place that definitely was not refurbished. Right after my machine was delivered I had problems. Parts were worn to the level that they needed to be replaced. The machine detected errors that you could see in a test report when it is turned on.

I contacted the company which proudly displays on thier invoice "Total Customer Satisfaction" and told them about the issues. They don't want anything to do with compensating me for the issues.

What you are dealing with when you go to this place is three old guys who are retired and just selling junk for a profit with putting as minimal refurbishing into their games.

Nothing like Total customer service.
