Arbitraty "adminstrative Fee"

This months Sprint bill had an "Administrative Fee". I called and got Grant a supervisor and was told, " Oh ya, its applied arbitrarily and capriciously and can change at any time". When I asked it be removed I was told it was a legitimate charge and must be paid. When I asked also why they are collecting a fee for a City I Dont live in he couldn't answer me.

I have had nothing but horrible problems with Sprint. My Contract is up soon and I can't wait to switch.
