Very rude

I contacted this so called law firm after they called one of my neighbors. As if that wasn't embarrasing enough it had to be the neighborhood busybody. I called them three times and finally got through to a Jennifer Turner. Well she sounded like some kid out of high school with no experience.

When I explained that my husband was currently deployed and was not available, she asked if I had a power of attorney. I of course do. She wanted me to fax it to her. I explained that I didn't have a fax and couldn't. She put me on hold and said that her supevisor said that she could talk to you. I know for a fact that you have to have something in writing in order to do this.

I explained that I couldn't possibly pay the full amount and she said that she would have to fill out a form for her supervisor. She asked all kinds of questions about me which I would not give her answers to. It's not my debt why should they ask about me. She even wanted my cell phone. I then asked her to just send me the form.

She put me on hold and told me that her supervisor would have to talk to me. Well that was the end of mr niceguy. This woman was the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to talk to. I explained that I wanted to pay a debt if it was legitiament and she said don't you think that you should be paying a debt and that how dare I not pay a debt for an entire year.

It had only been 3 months according to Jennifer Turner. I explained that my husband was away defending her freedom and she actually said that doesn't cut it with her. I said this conversation is over. But oh no she called me right back and said how dare you hang up on me!

I said my phone my rules, I also informed her in no uncertain terms to never call my home again. Imagine my shock that a letter had actually turned up in my mail that day from the same place. Anyways I will be asking for Vallidation and Verification of this debt. Hope they never call me again I don't think that I will be able to hold my tongue.
