Rip-off! Rude telemarketer callers and misleading

I just had someone from DSI Financial call me about lowering my debt. I was a little interested so I listened. She said they sent out a mailer to me. I stated I never got it and I read all of my mail! Can you send it to me so I can see what this is all about because I'm not going to agree to something over the telephone with someone I have no idea is. She said it wasn't her job and they couldn't do that because they already sent it out. I said okay, then I'm not interested.

I have to go to work, I'll be late. She said she would have a supervisor talk to me and get me approved or see if they might be able to send something out. I said, no, I'm not interested then. I don't have time, I will be late for work. She kept on about the savings and I asked her how much it's going to cost me and she couldn't give me an amount, so I said I wasn't interested. She kept talking. Then I said I have to go. She said to me within in the three minutes that we've been talking, I could have had you on the line with a supervisor helping you with your debt. I said, all I wanted was for you to mail me something and you can't so I'm not interested. If you're the one calling me and selling me your services, why are you being so rude? She said I'm not selling anything. Call ended.

She was so rude that I had my husband call back to tell them how rude she was and that I would like the mailing I never received. Well, everyone that got on the phone was rude to my husband as well and said they couldn't send anything out, that I had to talk to a supervisor and they would tell me what the program is about. All I wanted was to see something in writing about what they were purporting to sell me before I gave them any of my information over the phone and agreed to something. They refused and hung up on my husband.

What kind of business is this? You called me wanting me to pay you money for something and you can't send me something saying what it is, in writing, before I agree to it and you give you my information?! Please, get a grip Ms. Crystal... You shouldn't be so rude to people you are trying to get business from!
