Charged Late Fees After Two $100 Payments, No Purchases

BML is a ripoff artist. I sent 2 payments of $100 a month, and they charge me late payment fees and purchases. I have made no purchases. They send my bill saying I have 31 days to pay, and half of the 31 days have passed before I receive the bill. On calls made, they cannot answer any questions; it is in a third party's hands. Do you go on paying their high interest rates forever with their deceptive practices of having no customer service reps to respond to queries?
