Ripoff dishonest charges and annual fees, outrageous interest rates, bad customer service

Liying to costumers, unwilling to provide answer and proof of the answers
As so many costumers know by now, Merrick Bank is triying to survive the chaos left behind for a failed Next Card and they are looking for better ways to make us pay for something that we never get and because that I have to receive phone calls threating me every day at every hour, plus a bad service regarding information about my account, with not answer to why I have to pay such ridiculous high interest rates and why, even when my account is closed
I have to pay an annual fee of 120.00 dollars a year, plus finance charges in purchases and in cash advance, even when I have proof that they hold my payments until is late to charge me with late fees, my credit union doesn't lie to me regarding the date when the payment is made, I called the last night and a phony Supervisor couldn't gave me any answer at all, like many others costumers, we never pay annual fees with NextCard and the APR never went higher than 20%in many cases, now is there something that we can do about Merrick Bank or do we have to take this matter to a court of law or if i have to let my lawyer take care of the bussines?
Any help to let those thieves know that they are not going to get away with our money will be appreciated. Thanks
