I opened my wamu bill to find 3 different finance fees being charged. Current purchases, cash advances, pas purchases. I have not been late, over limit, infact I have always paid off in full, but when I cant I get 3 different finance charges!!! I have sent in a payment early because I was having heart sugery.

I made my usual payment, which by the way the payment due date changes every month so you must be on your toes, a little trick they like to play... But not knowing what shape I would be in I waited until the 13th of the month, the statement ends on the 10th, all this was my aug bill.

When I got mysept bill charges for purchases were on my statemnt for school clothes for my daughter, which were made aug 10. I also had a late fee, they posted my secomd payment which i actually made on aug 13th, but some how posted on the 10th. So that payment was not applied to my sept bill and I had a 39 dollar late fee... I dont understand how I made a payment on the 13th of aug, verified by my bank but somehow posted on the 10th!

Yet purchases I made the 10th were posted to my sept bill. I made my payments online monthly and NEVER the minimum. Also with 3 diff finance charges when I try to pay off my bill I willcall and then go online and pay the 13 cents yet I will always have a balance on the cash finance charges... If I make other purchases to my card they will add the current cycle purchases to my CASH, example: I advanced 100 dollars, paid it off in full but you cant, you always owe 7 12 cents ect, and then I will have 189 dollars in my cash apr area how can then have 3 dif apr's and then also to ask a question on phone is now 14.95 and on line you can not use the date you post to your account, and if your due date was the next day, you must pay another 14.95 fee to electronicaly transfer funds!!!

These, this company are thieves, crooks, the mob would be put in jail if they tried to pull this crap!!! I want in on a classact lawsuit Please help... I never know when and if I have a billl they are the DEVILS WORKERS!!!
