The Goo Goo Dolls fan club (Inner Machine) is a ripoff. They advertise good presale tickets, and opportunites to meet the band, but a lot of concerts are general admission, so presales don't help. Also, when you meet the band, you have like 1-2 minutes to shake their hand, you can't ask for autographs, and the lead singer looks miserable in about half of the pictures he's in.

The staff provide blurry band pictures on the site, and updated concert information. Most pictures, videos, and information is provided by the fans, and there are plenty of free sites that offer this kind of thing too.

In fact, on the free site www.googoodolls.com you can read the blog for free, and see all the concert information, as well as listen to parts of songs. There is no need to join the Inner Machine, because it's a waste of $30, and you can't get a refund if you are unsatisfied with the service either!
