AMA Health Option, Value Plus I called my bank today and found out that this company has been taking 49.95 out of my checking account for 3 months without me knowing. I have never gave them my card number or account number at my bank

I just can't believe a company that uses several names can get a debit card number and take hundreds of dollars out of someones account. I have never given anyone on the phone my card number. I couldn't even get the momey to pay my electric bill out of the bank, and it's 100 degrees here because of these people. I really think they should be made to refund everyones money and be prosacuted for fraud!!
