I have also been a victim of this EDP Reporting. I checked my bank account online and found a $159.95 debit for a "Prime Mutual Card" that I've never even heard of. My bank has since given me my money back, no problem. But I still have one question: what is the web address for this prepaid debit card that we all applied for? I never do any bill paying or applying for things online to prevent this from ever happening to me, but it did. I NEVER would have given my bank account number to anyone—I couldn't even remember my account number if you asked... I'd have to find it first.

I did call the 800 number and was on hold for 10 minutes before someone answered the phone—I don't think she gave me her name, but I was so mad I forgot to ask. She was rude, didn't speak English correctly, and couldn't give me any information. She wanted my account number or social security number to find out what the debit was for, and even though I understand she probably needed that information to pull up my "account" and see what the debit was for, I wasn't stupid enough to give it to someone I didn't know and didn't have any authorized transactions with. I did not authorize for the so-called prepaid debit card withdrawal from account, and why would I have needed a prepaid debit card to begin with if I have a debit card directly to my bank account??? This company is a scam and I have no idea how they got my bank account number.
