Charge to bank account using debit/credit card... Did not order from this company ever... Have no idea what or who this is

When checking my bank online, I found a charge from this company and have never ordered anything from this company... The number listed is not complete, 800-290-494, where is the complete number. When got online to find out what this is, I found this website and many others complaining about unauthorized and excessive charges. I followed the notice posted 1/28/09 for the phone number and internet... But to no avail. The number sends me to the internet address and since I did not order anything from them I cannot log in and take care of through the website... Dialed the number and chose another option and the message was "we are closed..."! Go figure! Any information would benefit me and obviously others greatly... As of right now my only option is to cancel yet another debit/credit card and keep watching...
