Consumer Trust Financial Inc. Submitted unauthorized checks to my account

Myaccess deducted two checks for $149.00 from my account without my authorization. This cause my account to be overdrawn, and run up $210.00 in overdraft fees. They told me that they made a mistake and should only have submitted one check. I told them that they should not have submitted any checks. They also said they would correct the extra and overdraft fees in 12 to 30 days, but six weeks later they still have done nothing and give me the same excuse, "the file is in the accounting department".
