White collar fraud complaint

I have a Fraud/Theft Complaint against a National Banking Institution: Associated Bank, located within the Highlander Grocery Store at 3134 11th Street; Rockford, Illinois. 61104.

Upon 4-13-07 I had opened a new account by depositing a $4,500.00 settlement check my Attorneys had forwarded to me. Associated Bank had claimed there would be a five (5) day hold upon said check. This Banking Institution issued me a ten (10) dollar sum credited to my account, for opening a new account with said bank. Upon 4-17-07 I had been allowed to withdraw this sum of $10.00 without incident. Upon 4-18-07 I had withdrawn a sum of $250.00, again without incident. Leaving my account balance at $4,250.00.

Upon 4-23-07, three of my checks came through this bank, One for $63.76; One for $42.36; One for $37.53. The bank then calculated my account ledger balance, as printed through my online banking statement, in an amount of $4,106.35. Yet all three checks had been returned by this bank and not paid. Then this bank charged me three (3) overdraft fees for $31.00 dollars apiece, totaling $93.00, which they deducted from my aforesaid account balance, leaving me with a balance of $4,076.80. The checks were NOT paid, but the money had been deducted from the balance of my account by this bank. Then overdraft fees had been fraudulently charged my account and taken also from my balance.

This activity occurred multiple times (In excess of 40), where checks and electronic debits were not paid, but the monies had been removed from the account, then the bank would fraudulently charge $31.00, $25.00 and $5.00 under the guise of "fees", to fraudulently remove monies from the account as per "ACH item Returned" or "OVD/NSF FEE item returned" or Uncleared Overdraft fees, when the monies had been in the account.

Upon 5-05-07 I deposited an additional $700.00 into the account, but when I received the "Balance on my deposit ticket, it read a balance of $499.95. I was extremely upset, because there should have been approximately $1,900.00 or more left in my account, and an additional $700.00 I had just deposited. Totaling $2,600.00.

Now I have additionally discovered whereas well over $1,000.00 in checks had been returned by this bank and not been paid, but those monies had been taken from my account by this bank. Within a period of approximately 56 days, this bank has fraudulently pilfered my account to a tune of $2,422.44 for alleged "overdraft fees, Teleservice fees, uncleared overdraft fees", and deducted/taken over $1,000.00 as per checks returned. This bank has stolen in excess of $3,422.44 from my account, when the monies had been in the account, even by their own records.

Now this bank is claiming I am overdrawn $763.50 and have closed the account and sent it to their Collection Department in Wisconsin. Not to mention the telechek issue (s), as well as the returned checks and businesses I have to deal with and again pay myself.

What has been done by this bank is illegal and criminal. The monies were there in my account, checks were returned unpaid. Those monies were deducted. Then the bank charged and deducted additional monies as illegitimate fees also from my available balance. I am sure you will agree this is a White Collar Criminal fraud/Predatory Banking Practices type of action. Please advise me accordingly, for I have hard copies of everything. Deposit slips, check receipts, withdrawal receipts, etcetera. I would request to file formal criminal complaint/Investigation against this bank. Associated Bank; Account number: #xx.
