Nwc, inc. Ruined my life! Dishonest, corrupt, liars! Don't trust them

I want something to be done. I only found out just how horrible this company was after I had filed a complaint against them with BBB a few days ago. They built my website alright, but when I wanted to change the domain name they gave me to a much shorter simpler name, the problem started. I paid another company to register my domain name, which was alright with them. I contacted them before I decided to do anything with the website. They gave the "go ahead" to register a domain name and NWC asked me to provide all the information they will need to make the transfer. I did just that. Days, weeks and now over a month had passed and I still have the old domain name they gave. I started to email and asked for the status. Suzanne emailed at first, then she began to ignore my emails. That frustrated me. I kept sending follow up emails to her, tech support but got nobody and no response. That went on for awhile.
After I filed a complaint, I heard from Suzanne claiming she did everything she could to resolve the issue but I continued to be dissatisfied. That was a complete lie. She couldn't even send me an email to let me know of the status, let alone try to fix the problem. I had to constantly send follow up emails in an attempt to get answers. I couldn't get answers so I was prompted to file a complaint. That certainly got her attention but that didn't stop them from lying.
This has got to be the worst experience... Ever with a company.
