SuperOde.com sent me unsolicited spam, including "get-rich-quick" schemese and pornography Internet

Superode.com is spamming a lot of people. They have sent me dozens of unsolicited emails asking if I want viagra products, asking me for money to "get-rich-quick" and claiming to be a legitimate company. Register.com has allowed them to hide their contact information for "privacy".

I contacted Register.com through their web chat.

Richie M.: Thank you for visiting Register.com's Live Support. How can I help you?
You: Hi Richie M.
You: Someone who is registered with register.com keeps sending me spam.
You: I have sent them an email asking them to stop SPAMMING me but it got worse.
You: their domain name is SUPERODE.com.
Richie M.: Hi Katherine.
Richie M.: Thank you for the domain name.
Richie M.: Can I have a few minutes while I check the records for your domain name?
You: It is NOT my domain name.
You: SUPERODE.com is a bunch of SPAMMERS.
You: Your company is hiding their identity. I want to know who I am going to sue to get them to stop sending me unsolicited emails.
Richie M.: Kathrine, please lodge your complaint via email to: you can also attach the copy of the Spam email in your email so that further appropriate action could be taken by us in this regard.
You: What email address should I send you the email to? You missed that in the last transmission.
Richie M.: You can send it to: abuse@register.com
You: And what exactly will happen when I send you an email?
Richie M.: The abuse department, will take the appropriate action. They will also be notifying regarding the same.

You: There are reports on the internet about SuperOde.com being a known SPAM site, and also sending unsolicited pornography as well. I am making a report about SuperOde.com site on usacomplaints.com and would like to note what your company's "appropriate actions" are so that I can understand what you will do with them. Will you shut down their services pending an investigation or should I expect to see the floodgates open wider?
