Domain Registry Of America
Also As Domain Registry Of Canada Deceptive emails to the owners of domain names

Internet & Web

"Domain Registry of America" sent misleading emails to the person who owns a certain domain name on behalf of a Canadian local organisation, for whom I manage a website.

The emails tried to persuade him that it was urgent to send them information, money and permission to transfer the registry of the domain name to the company, "Domain Registry of America" from the present company, who are satisfactory in all ways.

In spite of several phone calls, and a report to www.recol.ca, "Domain Registry of America" continues to email this person.in my opinion this scam has progressed from fraud to harrassment.

This company also does business as "Domain Registry of Canada" and emails may come from either.
