My graphic designer decided to choose Active-Domain Web Hosting company for hosting my website a number of years ago. I regret that I let him do this without doing a research on this company myself. Active-Domain web hosting company has failed to update my contact information when I requested them to, while they had a year of time to update my contact information, they never did, yet they kept sending emails which contain my personal information to my old email address (which was hacked).

Their mistake has caused the result of loosing my domain name, and all the information of my email account along with my website. I asked to speak to their supervisor more than three times, they ignored this request completely. When I asked if they could provide me with a phone number for me to phone in to sort out the mess that was caused by their mistake, they simply refused in an email saying that they don't have a number for clients to call in.

Www.active-domain.com is unreliable, the customer support people are dishonest. I wish I'd taken things into my own hands from the beginning, based on their on line rating I would have discontinued or not using this web hosting company at all!
