Promised an unsecured, interest free MasterCard with $3000 credit limit for a one time $299 checking withdrawl, The withdrawl happened when they said then almost 5-weeks later a packet arrived in the mail and there were no MasterCard that was descrbided to me by the salesman. I called them for a refund and was told as long as I didn't activate the card and returned the packet to: PO Box 9, Columbia Maryland 21045-998 I would get a refund.

I did as I was instructed and sent it with a return reciept (they recieved it) a week later I was sent a letter telling me that where I sent it was to the benefits and they would forward it to Freeline. I have followed up with calls and was promised that a manager would call me back (never happened)

I just called them (Lina) before I wrote this and was told that the manager couldn't refund my money (they didn't own the company) and they would forward my claim to someone else and I should be hearing from them in 2-3 days. I asked for a phone number for who they were forwarding my claim to and she said that she didn't have that information.
