Bogus rewards surfing through their offers ripoff

This is a company that supposedly rewards you with a check once you have reached the amount of $20.00 for surfing through their offers and signing up for certain offers that they have.

On Netflips web site they will tell you on this certain offer to "please allow up to 15 days for your account to be credited". Uh, excuse me, this is now 11/26/02, I reached 20$ history on September. It has been more than 2 month, WHERE IS MY $40 credit Netflip? I mailed several times and still didnt get any respond from them

I am not sure whether there is such company
