If you want to get ripped off on your next lead purchase buy from these guys. They are the absolute worse in the lead business. They give all the good leads to themselves. That's right they own their own mortgage company. I have talked to several friends in the mtg.industry that have also been a victim to double positive they all say the same thing they charge through the roof for non interested people and people that can't be helped. You can't close loans when people are 9 times late on their mortgage with 400 credit scores. They also promise that they will replace them. They never do matter fact they never even call you back. All the sudden you rep doesn't work their no more. He was there everyday when collecting money. Now he is no where to be found. Guys please save your self the trouble and find another lead company.
