Lead Provider Scamsters Ripoff

Loan officers beware! This company charges a mint for *live transfer leads* for mortgages. They outsource their telemarketing to a company in NJ called Quality Marketing. They do NOT scrub against the DNC so if you use them you are liable for the fines. They do NOT provide leads that fit your parameters. The TM's will say absolutely ANYTHING to get you to accept the call b/c they can charge you $120 for it irrespective of the fact that the poor person on the other end can't speak English & has no idea what's going on. Their *lead replacement guarantee*? Oh please. They replace one crappy lead w/a crappy lead. These guys are hard core scammers. Watch how they respond here, it will be *blame the victim* & throw out bogus numbers about how many imaginary loans their make believe happy clients have closed. Really? They ripped me off for $3000 w/complete junk leads not one came even close to fitting my filters. I have recorded voice mails of their TM's screaming & shouting down their victims then lying thru their teeth to try to get me to take the call so they can charge me for it. Btw if you do a search on one of the Scammers In Chief, Jon Pirincci his actual career is professional actor. Hummmm. I can't even count the number of LO's who have similar complaints. And my company has yanked these con artists off of their preferred vendors list. Their response? I could write it for them. Here is what they will say: *We provided leads it's not our fault that LO is incompetent/can't close/doesn't know what she's doing* and state 2: *we have a NO REFUNDS policy*. LOS please do NOT waste your $ on these grifters! Their customer service is located in the far hinterlands of Landers almost in Johnson Valley. Oh yeah, that's where all the serious business people are. Don't do it! When I posted on a message board about my experiences w/these crooks an experienced LO contacted them to get their side of the story & was met w/venom & hostility. Go figure.
