If you're looking to get leads from DoublePositive.com? WATCH OUTThey're right here in Baltimore, and I can practically see their office out my window across the harbor. Their reputation around town is absolutely horrendous. Now they've taken to the web to sell their horrible leads to unsuspecting non-local LO's.
I actually interviewed with them to be an LO a couple years ago. Yeah, that's right. They are also a mortgage company called New Logic Mortgage. You can even look up both companies, Double Positive Marketing Group and New Logic Mortgage and you'll see the same exact address right there on Hull St.
I met with the owner, Sean Fenlon, and he explained how their business model works: they have internet marketing campaigns (email, banner ads, etc.) that generate interested people. Their New Logic LO's call them all first. The ones that they can't do anything with, or that turn them down, get re-sold to other mortgage shops as fresh leads.in actuality, these have all been worked to death and are virtually worthless. With all the money the owner makes from both ends of the spectrum, you'd think he would pay LO's better than a 20% split. Needless to say I did not accept the job offer. I guess he's content to rip off the people who work for him as well as the unsuspecting folks out there who buy his awful lead product.
If you do actually get one of these people into a deal, you got lucky because they already declined to work with the original LO from New Logic.
If you want good live transfers, try Volcano Data or also TargetPublishers.com. They've both been around for many years now and they actually filter out the LTV, credit score, property type, etc. Double Positive Marketing Group doesn't do any of that. Had much success with them over the past year and I can vow to their quality and consistency.
