As a mortgage broker you are drawn to some desperate measures of finding reliable lead sources... This is definitely NOT one of them... If there are leads on there data base its because they know they couldn't close it themselves...
What to expect when you purchase their so called 0-1 day old $15 leads.
No response from the lead prospect
Wrong number or bad data
Old data or someone has already refinanced them
Foreclosure leads...??
Who in the right mind is going to close a foreclosure lead... Filter those leads out to loan mod companies. Common!
Anyways you guys have been FOREWARNED. Do yourselves a favor and pay the extra buck on your Google search Ads... You'll have better luck generating your own EXCLUSIVE leads their...
