Sells bogus and falsified mortgage leads ripoff

Mortgage lead generating company that sell leads that are not qualified. I purchased 50 leads and have yet to speak to anyone who is truely interested in a mortgage. The company claims to give you credit for any bad leads, and after weeks & weeks of complaints they just send more worthless leads. They realize they will ware you out with sending you more of the same debris. Close to half of the leads I received the borrower information was completely fabricated & falsefied. When I did reach many of these so called borrowers, they explained that had taked to AAA Lead Source months ago, or not at all.
Has anyone been sucessful taking them to small claims court?

I started to but their contract does state that there are no refunds, period.
