Company refuses to cancel magazine cancellation requests. Does not respond to phone calls and e-mails

My story is like many of those already posted here. I was called at work and asked to take a short survey. After that they took my name, address, and phone number. They did not say what it was for before they took it. I didn't know what I was getting myself into and I am never doing it again. I have recieved a few bills from this company, and each time I send them back with a note asking them to cancel.

They ignore the request and keep sending more bills. They do not respond when I have called their customer service department and e-mailed them. They try to call my house when no one is home to answer it and as I stated above they do not respond if you leave them a message asking them to call you back. I have filed a few complaints against them, hopefully I can get them to cancel it.

They were deceptive and lock you into something that you never wanted in the first place. They keep calling my work and I haven't even been there because I'm in college in a different part of the state. I just want this to be resolved, if anyone has any information that could help me, please share.
