EMPLOYEE SPEAKS discrimination and neglect false promises

I worked at this animal care facility for 2 years, and was treated horribly. I continued to get raises, but never made it to at least a dollar more than when I started.

I saw neglect in all forms, especially when certain doctors were working. They dumped on their employees and used foul and offensive language directed toward the employees, and even clients!

I would never advise taking your pet and placing it in the hands of these incompetent doctors. I've witnessed many a lawsuit because of the negligence.

As an employee, you might get a very small raise once yearly, then when you got your next review, they would tell you that they had "discovered" they were paying you too much!

They were extremly demeaning when you did get a review, and I found it to be quite upsetting, each time. There was absolute discrimination among certain employees.

I have witnessed many a good employee leave due to the way they were treated. These people were competent, good and hard working employees!

Sexual inuendos came up quite frequently, and could make you quite disgusted, if not totally uncomfortable. They recently made up rules regarding anyone being friends off duty.

It was quite frankly the worst place I ever worked! It just disgusts me that I tried for so long for absolutly nothing.
