Worst Employer I've ever Worked For-Treat employee's terribly

After working for Wal-Mart I needed to leave after several months. I must say that the rules and rudness of this company is the worst I've ever seen.
For example, I was approched by a Customer Service Manager during a busy day, in front of many customers and other employees and told I would not shut down my register until I was told too by them, and if I did not like it I knew where the door was. She got right in my face, and was yelling at me in front of everybody. I was shutting down because I was over My shift anyway, and if you work overtime you get into trouble with Wal-Mart, but the store managers want you to stay and zone sections, and work over in other areas, yet you are not supposed to work overtime.

Needless to say I was upset and embarrised by this, and would not stand to be treated this way. I filed a complaint, but nothing was ever done about it. I see if you don't play they're games, life is made very difficult for you after that. Many employees there are treated terribly, but most won't complain because they have to work as I do, and there are not many jobs out there for people these days. So they put up with this and alot of bull from Wal-Mart because they feel they have no other choice.

I will say this, if you need a job don't go to Wal-Mart, they promise you alot, but lie later when you ask for time changes, or raises, or any other issue. They do not deliever what the say, and they don't care about their employee's, only the money.

I also want to make everyone aware that the Manager of the Marshall Wal-Mart is rude, and self centered, and never there when you need him. He is a good example of the Wal-Mart organization.
