Bad Management Practices/Handles Employees Poorly

I worked for atwoods from November up until recently. The whole time I worked there I was in belief that I was full-time and had benefits. I was working 40 hours a week, wouldn't you consider that full-time. But, I found out last month that I was not EVEN though I had signed up for a full-time position.

It took over 2 months after I had my evaluation to get my raise, which was far under the amount they said it would be. Only after having to constantly remind management to give me my review (which was next to perfect). Some of the other employees that have been there for much longer are still waiting on their raises which will most likely never come.

Worse than all that is how most the employees at Atwoods are treated like 2nd class citizens. We're criticized daily, made fun of over the radios and shadily plotted over behind closed doors. All I ever heard was if something needs to be done over.

The week before I quit I spent a whole workday re-organizing all plants outside on my own with no instruction to do so from management. The next day I was told to move them again EVEN THOUGH it looked really good and I was getting compliments on it (well everyone EXCEPT management).

One day I came into work to go clock in and they were sitting in the office talking about how "come summertime only half of the people working here NOW will be here". I even heard several accounts from other people that employees were getting their hours cut down enough just so they'd quit on their own.

If you wanna work there you better get ready for drama because it's chocked full of it. I can handle a lot of things but a two-faced management team is something I'm not willing to put up with.
