Constant rip off on their rebate forms!

T-mobile had a promotion for free airfare tickets if you upgrade your myFaves to a 2 year contract, so i called and i upgraded my contract the last day of the promotion (November) after that i called in the begining of December to check if my plan has been switched (T-mobile is known for their crapy customer service). The rep told me that all i have to do now is wait for a form to come in the mail March and once i fill it out i will get my airfare to whatever my destinations are. I called again same day to confirm and i was confirmed on the same info by another rep.in a mean while my mom was calling t-mobile to make sure this is how it works and she was confirmed on taht info from another 2 reps. It is March 04th today, i dont have a form in my mail so i decide to call and see whats up. I looked up the airfare tickets deal and this is what i get: http://www.t-mobilefreeflight.com/default.Asp? I called t-mobile realizing that the 4 rep's my mom and i spoke with gave us the wrong details! I was supposed to receive a form that i will have to fill out to REGISTER for this promotion. I didnt get a form in the mail with my bill, or online at my e0mail address, so i snapped on the t-mobile rep i currently had on the phone, she put me on hold for 40 minutes and she disconected the call without even picking the call back up!

My mom called another sales rep who connected my mom with their supervisor. As of now, my mom is expecting a call (within 48 hours they say) and we will see where would this lead to, because i was told i am not eligible for this promotion anymore. I will call them and ask them to clear this 2 year deal i signed up for FOR NOTHING if they don't fix this situation.

T-mobile customer service reps are the most uninformed customer service within all cell phone companies!
