Ordered acrylic cage for macaw with one leg - which the bird had broken. Paid full amount for cage in early December - never received

Hello...

Early December I contacted Steven Frosti (aka, the Acrylicman) for a acrylic birdcage for a Macaw with only one leg. He broke his only leg and requires alot of special care. I saw Mr. Frosti's site on Ebay - and his cage appeared very nice - just what I needed.

I called him - left a message and he immediately returned my call. I told him what I wanted - got a price, and paid him by credit card. I never received my cage. I have repeately called, left messages, emails and I received nothing but excuses. Now, he refuses to answer my calls or emails.

This man needs to be stopped - I see others have been victims. I have struggled to give this wonderful bird a chance - now my money is gone and he is in desperate need of an appropriate habitat. Shame on you Steve Frosti!
