Steve Frosti - Acrylicman paid for item and never shipped

I purchased a sump on Dec 17th from Steve Frosti aka acrylicman through ebay. I was sent a message requesting credit card info for payment. This was not sent through ebay so paypal didn't cover this unfortunately. I went ahead with the purchase only because I was able to ID him through email on ebay and he had recieved many positive responses except for slow shipping at that point. This was a custom order that I had set up and knew the shipping would be delayed a bit. So I waited. Nothing.

On Jan 28th, after repeated phone calls I still had no response about any shipment or other info regarding the sump. I filed a dispute with ebay and only then received a response that he was "looking into it". I waited some more. I sent another message through the dispute requesting info and was told Feb 5th to "expect it soon". Two weeks later, still nothing. I made several calls and had no reply.

I finally got tired of him and called up my credit card company to have the charge removed and reported him to ebay security and trust department.

If anyone has bought through ebay and didn't use paypal, call up your credit card company and have the charges disputed.
