Charged twice from a ebt card

I was at wal-mart and was checking out and was charged twice for the same food items from a food stamp card on march 26. When I went to use it March 30 they said I had only $15.55 which was very embarrassing cause I was in line and knew I had more on there, so when I got home I looked it up and saw where they had charged me twice for the amount of 37.68. I called customer service of the ebt cards and they said to go to the case worker who said go back to wal-mart. So I went to wal-mart and the person who could of fixed it just left so I asked if a manager could he said they would ask him to fix it, so he made copy's of my papers and says she won't be back for a while, I ask who he say Geda who works in the armor room. So I call the next day to do a check up on it and i was transferred to customer service who say she is not here rudely and hangs up. So I call back and ask for manager and was on hold for over 5 minutes and they still didn't pick up or did the dressing room attendant come back on the phone, So I call back and ask for Scott McCuthchen manager of the store and after several rings a assistant manager picks up and tells me Geda won't be back till Sunday and that Stacy doesn't know how to fix it.in the mean time my family is shorted on money for food that we need.
