Has any tried to consilidate an AE debt? I had a balance of $7500 and turned it over to AAA Fair Credit (they are wonderful people to work with), well AE wanted 796$ over 4 pymts before they would put me into their futures program. I made this pymt and morein the space of about 3 weeks. 2 months later, my interest rate is still at 29%, shoul dhave been brought down to 9.9 (like all the other card companies do). Can't get an answer from AE as they say the computer reviews the cases. I didi my part of what they ask. AAA is making the monthly pymt they ask for and I make extra pymts each month also. Has anyone else had the problem with AE?
