Credit Acceptance Corp petty-ness exudes them

They are really something, I was behind on a car pymet in july for 160.00, that i forgot that i only partially paid. However my subsequent pymts of 360.00 were made promptly.

Then in the last week of sept i hear that all to familiar ringing/pringing in my ears of a pymt due from that device that was im planted in the car. I called them to mention that i chk'd my records and that yes only a partial pymt was made a another one would be forth-coming.in their infinite wisdom two days later they killed the car.

I made the pymts then the car was turned baCK ON.
I WAS TOLD that this action was totally illegal.
And to make matters really petty. When i called credit accept to make sure that they rec'd the pymt, i was told that there was a bal of. 32.
U know where they can stick the. 32 dont u??!!
