Car Disabled Over a Small Balance After a Partial Payment

They are really something, I was behind on a car pymet in july for 160.00, that I forgot that I only partially paid. However my subsequent pymts of 360.00 were made promptly.

Then in the last week of sept I hear that all to familiar ringing/pringing in my ears of a pymt due from that device that was im planted in the car. I called them to mention that I chk'd my records and that yes only a partial pymt was made a another one would be forth-coming. In their infinite wisdom two days later they killed the car.

I made the pymts then the car was turned back on.
I was told that this action was totally illegal.
And to make matters really petty. When I called credit accept to make sure that they rec'd the pymt, I was told that there was a bal of. 32.
U know where they can stick the. 32 dont u??!!
