We rented from Mr and Mrs. Little for more than a year and a half. We had a years lease and gave a 30 day notice. When I asked if we would get our deposite back Mr Little Said of course we would. We Cleaned the Duplex top to bottom and Steam cleaned. When we went through the walk through they smiled said everything looked great... I asked if we would get our deposite back they said no. These people are crooks and should not be trusted!
