60 day refund. They don't tell you shipping and handeling is non-refundable. Plan to throw away $16.00. I also covered return shipping which cost an additional $6.00. None of this was originally disclosed. San Francisco California

I ordered the product with the understanding that I would receive a full refund for 60 days, if I was dissatisfied. I was also informed that it would be my responsibility to pay for shipping the product back to the warehouse if I decided I was not 100% satisfied. I tried the product but there were way too many steps required. It was definately not as simpleto use as they made it seem. I paid aroud $6.00 and returned the product within the first week.

About 1 week later I received confirmation that they issued my refund. The refund was for $9.50 but the original charge to my debit card was for around $25.00. They were charging me a non-refundable shipping and handeling charge of over $15.00 which was not disclosed. This is, in my opinion, another way to rip people off. I would have never tried the product if this charge was disclosed initially!
