Auto deposit delay causes overdraft fees, now owing $551.00

I have been dealing with BB&T for over a year. Every time we deposited a check, the majority of it went to overdrafts, so we changed to auto deposit. They receive it on Fridays and post it on my account and check card, but they do not actually make the deposit until Monday.

In the meantime, everything I spend gets overdraft charges. Then, before I can deposit again, they charge me more overdrafts because of the other overdraft fees. We have quit using BB&T, but before we can get it paid, they add numerous more charges. So now we owe them $551.00, and originally we had enough money to cover what we did.
