Failed to refund initial deposite

Gave initial desposite, was supposed to be paid off in 5 years and it would not happen so I paid off myself. The NCRC would not refund deposite despite having in writing that they would. Now I have found out that they went out of business and my deposite is long gone. The fact that an entity is allowed to do this with people's money is so sad. Where is the government on this. I even read up on this one and went to the attourney general's office of the state of florida and they had only a few complaints and all were resolved. People who needed this obviously had little money to begin with, now we have even less. Thank you very much NCRC.
